Where is it growing? Is it hardy there i.e. surviving the Winter (if you
have a winter wherever you are)?

Based on a quick look at the first picture I'd call it 'variegated flax
lily' Dianella tasmanica 'Variegata' but wouldn't bet the farm on it.
