tile problem with the builder. Help please!!

hi,

i bought a new house from beazer and i selected a tile with very very light
and very very few green veins. But what they put is very much different, it
had more and more white veins in that green tile and it looks wierd. But
beazer doesnt want to change the tile. Where should I complaint about this.
Or what can we do now?

Do you have samples of what you picked out?
