Silvery, feathery foliage for shadier areas, though not nearly
as silvery or as dense in foliage as silver mound artemisias
(but with the bonus of flowers):

Corydalis lutea

corydalis.aspx>

Dicentra eximia, Dicentra formosa, hybrids and culivars of these

(These look much more silvery, especially the corydalis, in my
garden.)

Another somewhat silvery shade plant is Japanese painted fern.
