Silvery, feathery foliage for shadier areas, though not nearly
as silvery or as dense in foliage as silver mound artemisias
(but with the bonus of flowers):
Corydalis lutea

Dicentra eximia, Dicentra formosa, hybrids and culivars of these

(These look much more silvery, especially the corydalis, in my
garden.)
Another somewhat silvery shade plant is Japanese painted fern.
