It sounds as if WA is finally getting serious about the amount of damage
done by cats allowed to roam the streets. Tonight on the ABC news there was
a report on a bill being introduced to the parliament that will force cat
owners to better control their cat's movements as well as limiting the
number of cats per household & forcing cat owners to have their cats
sterilised.

Does anyone here know what could be done to encourage this bill to be put
through?
