Default Small scale plant propagation

This is an 'advert' for a little gadget that I've designed and built
for home propagators. It is a thermostated bottom heater and misting
control system. I designed this because there didn't seem to be
anything like this available for small scale propagators like myself,
at least not without spending a fortune.

The aim was to keep it as cheap as possible, but without sacrificing
functionality.
