Default Monsoonal low

Got about 1/2 an inch last night, the other driveway (lawn) is now a no go
zone. Have you ever seen pumpkin plants smile????

Just SW of Toowoomba and it has been raining solidly for the last cupla
hours, so we are getting a good soaking. With a bit of luck the catchment
for the city will get a decent soak as well.

we got 40mm on the weekend.

remember in the olden days when people didn't post excitedly every time it
rained?

Yes a severe water shortage made worse by political ineptitude (lack of
planning). On a positive note, out in the rain a little while back I hand
fertilised the first 2 female flowers on the vines. Had to tear the side of
the cup on 1 to let the water out. Hope it takes.
