Default Griselinia littoralis Hedge problem.

I have a Griselinia littoralis Hedge which is loosing it's leaves, they are covered in brown blotches and the branches in some places are very bare.

Would this be caused by frost or a disease?

Is there any cure or will they need replacing.

Thanks.
