Default Spots on Tomatos

More garden photos. These white fuzzy spots just appeared today - last night nothing. I don't see any insects on either side of the leaves. Fungus maybe? I have not watered recently, no rain, humidity 30-50% day/night. Otherwise nice dark green healthy looking.

This plant came up wild and was 2-3 feet high before I noticed it. Now has tomatoes about 1.5 inch diameter. The rest of the bush looks good - just these few leaves.

Any suggestions how to deal with this?
