Default Cinnamon

All,

I am a big fan of cinnamon for lots of uses. Recently, I was told by a
veteran grower that people have experienced root growth retardation after
using it. I cannot, for the life of me, document any case of that happening
to my plants, but I am interested in knowing if anyone else has heard about
this.

I've heard similar, but only when folks dust the whole root system, rather
than just the wounds.

Unlike Ray, I haven't even heard this, never mind seen it. And while I
don't try to dust the whole root system, I'm not real particular about it --
I sprinkle liberally wherever I cut.
