Default ponderosa pine that droops for its first 5 years of growth

I think it is a ponderosa pine that I planted next to chokecherry row.
Its leader has the tendency to droop
downwards. Are there some pines that have a genetic mutation that they
aim downwards or pendulary
direction?

Or is there some disease in chokecherry that affects ponderosa pine.
Really getting fed up with seeing
the leader and branches aiming toward the ground rather then upright.
