Default didn't rinse supra media and it clouded my pond

I installed a new bio uv filter for my 1500 gal pond. I neglected to
rinse the dust off the bio supra media, the result of my error is very
cloudy water. I have a mess on my hands. Will the filter eventually
clear this up, if so how long will it take? Any help or advise would be
appriciated. Thanks, Chalrlie
