Default Bougainvillia Varieties?

Hi

I have a dog who jumps six foot fences no matter what obstacles I put in her
way. A friend, who just retired from dog training, has suggested I plant an
old variety of Bougainvillea that has a fast growth rate near the fence.
Does anyone here have any idea of the name of a variety that grows fairly
quickly?
