Mugwort

Hi im trying to grow some wugwort plants from seed..

I couldnt find to much info regarding "growing mygwort from seeds".

If some one could plesae give me some info as when to grow, how to grow
etc..

Is this Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris)?

I have grown it in Sydney this year from seed. Planted in small
containers early spring and then planted out to a sunny patch when
about 5 cm tall.

Have also seen it growing wild on waste land near Sydney airport and
again along Wolli Creek. My guess is that it is fairly tolerant of
conditions.
