Default Wandering Jew Question

All the Wandering Jew I have seen has been purple or variegated
white/green.

A friend in Houston says her neighbor has some that is burgundy. I
can't find anything about this color on the internet. Does anyone
have any info' on this?

I thought perhaps the color change was a result of a different blend
of nutrients in the soil or sunlight variation, but that's only a
wild guess.

Any info' appreciated.
