japanese maple
Hi,
I have a Japanese maple tree thats about 2 years old, but I seem to have problems with the leaves at the end browning and withering slightly every summer. Take a look :- http://s53.photobucket.com/albums/g4...ent=144609.jpg What could be the problem here? Lack of iron? Wrong type of compost? Its in standard compost not ericaceous. Thanks Jeremy |

Thanks Jeremy Lack of water, windburn and sun scorching are the usual causes particularly on the darker leaved varieties. Best positioned out of wind and in semi shade. |
