Sitting down with a cup of tea and a bit of cake this afternoon I looked
towards the window and the bird feeder and saw 2 Blue Tits perched on
the edge of the window watching me eat.
Now I just have to wait for them to put food out for me.

I can't WAIT to see you hanging from a bird feeder, David. ;-)

Give him a biscuit and he might let you
[Whoops - wrong joke/punchline]

Man sees dog licking the regions in front of its nether regions. Says
to dog owner:
"I wish I could do that"
Dog owner says:
"Give him a biscuit and he might let you"

Ah yes, the old ones can be the best. But please note - humour can go
down as well as up. And be aware that in the circumstances, something
almost certainly contains nuts.

Something called humour. With a soupcon of thread drift. The drift was
already happening, I just put some wind in its sails. I still think its
funny.

Others might not - something that happens a lot with humour. I for
example, tend to find seemingly endless lists of dodgy puns a bit
tedious but I'd never be so rude as to say so

I realise humour can be a very difficult thing to gauge online, but I
thought that the smiley might have hinted at something there. Ach
well...

Others love them.

Mr Hill asked why I posted the joke. I replied that it was because I
thought it was funny, but said (which was snipped):

"Others might not - something that happens a lot with humour" and then
gave the example above. So your comment was at best, rather
tautologous. And I think 'love' might be a little strong
