Default It is so dry

Apart from the snow we have had no rain here for quite some time. Having
said that we have just had the first shower with sufficient rain to wet
the road, however nothing will get into my tubs, which are dry now from
seeing to the plants. It has become all or nothing weather in this
country lately, I guess later in the Summer we will be flooded again.
