My baskets and pots have been spectacular but now they are looking tired the
leaves are begining to yellow and they are very leggy. Can I cut back and
hope for a second coming!!!!

Be sure to fertilize regularly; these "basket stuffers", as a
class, are fairly greedy and do far better on rich living than
poor.

Yellowing leaves sounds like possible over-watering.
