Default Should I bother to add co2?

Hi,

I have a 35G freshwater community aquarium with quite a lot of plants in

it.
It currently is receiving 1.15 watts of light per gallon (40W total). I'd
really like to add co2 to my setup but am unsure if it would even be worth
it at such a low light level. Even if it were to only help minimally I

would
still consider it.

Appreciate your suggestions,
Jason

By all means I have CO2 in tanks ranging from 0.75 to 1.5 watts/gallon. It
make a big difference to the plants.
