Default Red leafy plant ID please

Hmmm...I've been doing lots of research on the "roseafolia" and it doesn't
look like Flash Wilson's picture.Check out Tropica's description of it
http://www.tropica.com/productcard_1...023&mode=close and the
plant I have in my aquarium as well at http://dave.aquascape.picklyk.com in
the "Plant List" section...I might be wrong though

Dave.

Alternathera reineckii
it is a true aquatic plant that requires bright light and iron rich

substrate.

Can anyone help me ID this plant? It comes in large red variegated
stems, and fails to root before my pleco has ripped it to ribbons,
so I guess it's not a true aquatic?

It came as part of an unlabelled collection.
