My flower seedlings, growing outdoors near Los Angeles, Calif, are
being attacked by tiny gnats.
Many of these in the new leaves.

I've been using Garrett Juice and that seems to attract larger black
flies.

What can I make at home to discourage or eliminate
tiny gnats, large black flies, and black apids on green onions?
