Propane is NOT CO...... Propane is C3H8. In any case, no you can't
use one type of cylinder/tank for other types of gas.

And paintball CO2 cylinders don't work well for our purposes.
standard regulators won't fit the small paintball cylinders. And
regulators made for paintball don't usually regulate down to the low
pressures we use in planted tanks.
