Default Rowan tree cuttings

Hi everyone,

I want to try taking cuttings off a rowan tree that's probably going to die
soon as its roots will threaten a building if not dug up. Has anyone ever
tried taking cuttings from a Rowan tree? If so, how should I go about doing
it?

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Has it still any berries? If not on the tree, then on the ground around?
This would be an extra safeguard, in case the cuttings didn't take.

How huge is it? You could try a massive cutting back of top growth
followed by moving. Unless, of course, it's not yours ;-)
