Default Gang valve after needle valve?

Would it be ok to use an airline gang valve after the needle valve on
my co2 regulator? I want to split the line but dont need perfect
control on either post needle valve.

yes, from your CO2 regulator to the gang valve, then to each tank...

If you can, test your gang valve to leaks, I used an air pump and submerged
the gang valve to find a leaky valve once, dabbed on some silicone, not
sealant, and it was tight....
