That's odd, we have hundreds of tadpoles and they never eat the water
lilies. Why not feeding the tadpoles? When I was a kid I used to
collect them and I remember they liked melon very much.

also blanched lettuce. and fishfood! and I don't think they will be
tadpoles for a great deal longer...
