For the spammer: "inept" means "stupid".

Actually this could be a precursor to something malisous. Like a new
virus being tested, or someone messing up posting a virus. See how
the groups are kinda unrelated? Like not in same market for a
spammer.

Just as a reminder, please do not download any programs or scripts
from newsgroups, too dangerous.
