Who sells lawn tractors with the Briggs Vanguard engine?

All the tractors at Lowe's, Home Depot, WalMart, etc that have Briggs
engines say "I/C" on them, not "Vanguard".

Or, are the engines that say "I/C" actually "Vanguard" engines?
