Default Miracle Grow Plant Spikes

This is a totally unfounded Opinion. I use them and the work fine. You dont
get an algae swamp because their under your gravel (sand in my case) and not
in the water. Dont knock a product if you havent tried it.

I've heard much about individuals using Jobes Plant Spikes in their
aquariums.......would anyone recommend using Miracle Grow Plant Spikes
for indoor plants and flowers? i'm a bit nervous testing them out.
any information appreciated. thanks

That is a BAD idea. If you do that, you will end up with dead fish, an
algae swamp, or possibly both.

The Jobe plant spikes are low in nitrogen and phosphate, which is why they
are suitable for aquaria. The Miracle-gro ones have a fair amount of both-
one is fish poison, one is algae food
