Default do mice eat courgette seeds?

I have mysteriously misplaced my courgette seeds! Well I am positive I
sowed them into peat pots, about a week ago, after which I labelled them
and put them in the greenhouse. There's a sort of depression in the centre
of each pot (about 20) but I can't find the seed!
The peas and beans seem okay though they were on the heated bench but I
have no trace of my courgette, neither round type or ordinary!

Do Mice go for them? I thought they only ate pea and bean seeds?

Our courgette seeds had come through yesterday so I took off the cover. This
morning I found that every one had been eaten - still a bit of stem left but
the leaves have completely gone. Similar problem with sweetcorn. And yes I
do think it is mice.
