I used to be very active on the old rec.ponds news group before it was
taken over by trolls.

I'm still a ponder and after many years of doing nothing on my website
I've updated a couple of my pages.

I had about 5 or 6 links to folks who used to chat on rec.ponds.
Most of those links are not working.
I'm hoping to get in touch with some of the "old" ponders from back in
the late
90s??

Just curious if any of you have continued with your personal pond web
pages?
If you have any info or links to the old crowd web pages can you
send them to me or post here?
I'l love to place updated -working- links to some of the old bunch.

FYI, it seems the page on my site that gets the most hits is my
winterization page.
I just stuck that one online years ago on a whim.
If you google for
goldfish pond winter
I am the top hit.
Cool but this was not my plan!! Heck, there was no google when I
built that page.

Our main interest switched to flower gardens but we still have the
original
pond in place for 12 years. Still using the original hard shell
liner!
