We must have had about 5 minutes of light drizzle just after lunch but
the clouds are piling up again now.

Now up to 37 mm @ 2000. Still raining... 7 C, wind F4 to F5, chill
between 0 and -5 C.

South Tyne level up to the "flooding is possible" point at 1830. So
risen about 3'6" in the 4.5 hours since 1400 when it really started
to rise.
