Default Funny bugs in my garden

They look like stink bugs (but no stink), only much,
much smaller. Around 1.5cm, very thin. Body is yellow,
wings and caps black.

There are about a zillion of them, all over the monsteras
and the bouganvilleas. Any idea what they are and are
they noxious? They're happily humping away. I'm just
concerned they'll lay eggs or larvae that will kill things
later.

TIA for any info.
Cheers
