Default Ice plant trouble

There has been a sudden appearance of a multitude of lumps on the leaves of
my ice plants (Aptenia Cordifolia). One plant is covered in them and the
other is about half covered so far. Looks like a bad case of acne.

Does anyone know what the cause may be and if there's a fix for it?
