Default Don Burke criticises green groups

Recently I interviewed a childhood hero and Australia's most famous
gardener Don Burke on my radio show 'A Climate Affair'. He worried
that I wouldn't take him seriously as an environmentalist and then I
told him that I had read 'The Lazy Gardener' when I was about 12 and
he was pleased. He said it was the best book he's ever written! It's
a really cool read if you are interested in planning you're own Aussie
backyard before all the TV stuff. Anyway, he talked about uranimum
mining, woody weeds (invasive native scrub) GM crops, recycling, water
etc... and was really critical of the way green groups handles these
problems. You can hear our interview he http://aclimateaffair.com
It really opened my eyes.
