Hi folks,

Does anyone have a reasonably non-toxic way of dealing with gum-oozing
branches in Apricot trees? thanx any info.

It is often a fungal infection (Eutypa Dieback (formally Gummosis) see

From what I can gather you prune the trees in early autumn, but you must
disinfect your impliments and hands to minimise the spread
