Default Turf: Empire Zoyzia

We've got a blank 2400 m2 area to work with. In black soil, and was
wondering if anyone knows about Empire Zoyzia (or similar) turf.
We are living in Bowen (between Townsville and Mackay), so it's a
moderately tropical climate.

Things we were wondering about is:

Can you get seed? (and if so, where from?)

What do you think of this style of turf?

And any other related opinions?

Thanks heaps,

Michael and Eve
