Roses flowering in 6 weeks time

I would like to have my roses flowering in the 2nd week of November for
a function. At present they're just starting to set buds. How can I
ensure they will be flowering in 6 weeks ? I'm in Adelaide.

Thanks,

Well grown roses should flower strongly in spring and often for many weeks
after. There is a good chance they will bless your wedding/birthday/bar
mitzvah but at this stage there is nothing much you can do to influence the
result.
