Oleanders
 

First, a happy new year to all. I've just planted 2 oleanders, about
60-70 cm in height. I want to shape them into what looks like a solid
ball of colour similar to oleanders I saw in France. Should I shart
shaping straight away?

Interesting. I remember when I moved into our first house, the first
thing I did was pull out the oleanders. Because they can be very
poisonous and we had small kids.

Seemed to survive them OK when I was a kid, though.

You would be amazed what plants are poisonous. Even the humble azalea can kill if eaten.

Yes. Tip prune them to produce more branches. The more branches the more flowers.
