Olive advice please.
 

Am planting an Olive tree this weekend, advanced,5 yo on a slope in fairly poor
clay based soil ( blue mountains NSW)
Any one have any advise , will not be waterloged, can have regular water, min
temp about -2
Those from about Linden to Bullaburra have about the same conditions

I don't think that a single olive tree will do very well on its own. You
need to plant at least 2 trees for success
