Cat Control Legislation In WA
It sounds as if WA is finally getting serious about the amount of damage
done by cats allowed to roam the streets. Tonight on the ABC news there was a report on a bill being introduced to the parliament that will force cat owners to better control their cat's movements as well as limiting the number of cats per household & forcing cat owners to have their cats sterilised. Does anyone here know what could be done to encourage this bill to be put through? |
