Help, I have black spots on the bottoms of my tomatos.

g'day shag,

sounds like you may be talking about blossom end rot?

this is where a spot appears where the flower used to be attached then
it gets bigger as it rots the fruit. i'm no expert but if this is the
case it has something to do with lack of calcium or available calcium,
this shortage can be caused by insufficient or inconsistant watering.

do a search under 'tomato blossom end rot' for more info'

or someone here may have more info' for you.
