Maybe if you tried some Seasol on them? It is meant to help root growth.

And add compost to your soil. Perth soils are notoriously sandy.

Horseradish

Hi .all you good people
Has anyone produced horseradish, I can only grow long
spindly roots, have been trying for about 5 years. How do I get nice thick
roots. I live in Perth . Your advice would be most Appreciated.
