Default Rust on Roses

I have noticed a few of my roses have rust on them. I heard that if you get
rust on the same rose 2 seasons in a row then it should be removed.
Interestingly, last year i had rust however it disappeared after the warmer
weather came in. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Cheers
Luke
