Crofton Weed (E. adenophorum)
It appears Crofton Weed is quite common on our property. I know this
plant is toxic to horses, but is it also toxic to people in the same way EUPATORIUM rugosum is? I think the toxic component is called Trememtone in E. rugosum. There appears to be no information about its toxicity to people on the internet. |

To the best of my knowledge it is not toxic to humans via ingestion but the pollen can be dangerous to those allergic to it especially if they have respiratory problems also. David |
