Can I grow Bamboo up here in Cold Wisconsin???

The hardiest bamboos I am aware of can take about -28C and are in the Fargesia family. Some of the Phyllostachys are alsmost as hardy. Check out http://www.americanbamboo.org/Specie...blesIndex.html (which also gives the min temps in Frankenstein)
