Default under watered Golden Bamboo problem

I have just planted out some golden bamboo trees. A couple of them seem to have been under watered and therefore some of the new leaves that haven't opened have dried out and some of the stems are limping. Any suggestions of what to do.

Water them well and regularly and hope. If the rhizome is still alive they will shoot again from that. But they don't like to be in waterlogged ground, so don't turn it into a swamp. If these are new divisions, ie, sections of plant made by dividing a larger plant, done recently, then they might not have had sufficient root to support all their leaves and culms anyway: it is good practice to shorten or cut out some culms from a recent division.

Perhaps not underwatered at all, more likely the roots and top growth
are not in balance.
Phyllostachys put out side branches in pairs- consider removing one
branch from each pair to reduce top growth in relation to the roots.
Try not to drown it, to develop roots the soil must not be soggy.
