New Bamboo in zone 5b (montreal)..

In http://bambooworld,com/catalogue.htlm more bamboos are possible in zone 5
or 4.
Exemple :
phyllostachys aurea.
phyllostachys heterocycla pubescens.
etc...

Have you experience or reference in zone 5b ?
What protections for winter?
Have to protect the leaves of this bamboo?
