Default Bamboo over Septic System

Hello All!

We had our septic system serviced recently. The technician told us that
the invasive root system of the oleanders that were planted over the
tank area[!] had made a small crack in the tank. Now that the oleanders
have been removed, we have a bare area that is 30' wide and 10' deep.

I was wondering if you could recommend a bamboo for this area; NOT an
invasive species but a clumping one.

Do all bamboo have fibrous root systems?

Many thanks for taking the time to respond!
