Default Trimming spiral bamboo

does anyone know of a book or instructions to trim a spiral bamboo??
the new shoots are beautiful, but each stalk keeps getting taller.. I don't
know how to trim them..

Default Trimming spiral bamboo

If you put it in some nice soil and water it often, in a few months, you
will have a lovely Dracanea.

If you put it in some nice soil and water it often, in a few months, you
