Default transplanted Arrow

Got about 5 good "clumps" a couple months ago. They're about 10-15 feet tall.

The leaves are a pale yellow.

I used a 15-15-15 in a liquid form about 3 weeks about to NO avail.

Any ideas as I'd REALLY like to keep it growing.

It does have some new leaf starts up on the stalks.

Thanks.
